Book your free 20-min consultation

In this first call, I'll listen to your concerns, introduce myself, and explain how I can help you. This is an opportunity for us to see if we're compatible and if my experience fits your needs..

How It's works:

1. Schedule Your Free Consultation
This first call is a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if therapy with me feels like the right fit. We’ll briefly talk about what’s been happening for you and what kind of support you’re looking for. You can expect:
  • No commitment, just a space to explore.
  • Understand how therapy could help you.
  • Chance to ask any questions you might have.
2. First Full Session
If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first full session. You can choose to meet in person in Hamilton, or online, whatever feels most comfortable. During this session, we'll start building your treatment plan together, based on your goals, hopes, and expectations..
3. Ongoing Therapy and Counselling
We'll apply the right evidence-based tools to help you meet your goals and bring about the changes that you want to see in your life. We will move step by step towards lasting change, whatever that might mean for you.
